I have always valued connection and intentionally sought out spaces that promised elevated conversations, leadership, and community. But the reality was, I rarely found what I was looking for.
Networking became exhausting. Rooms were often crowded but lacked intention, and conversations rarely led to meaningful follow through. At the same time, social media created a constant stream of noise that blurred the line between visibility and real connection.
I kept coming back to the same thought.
There had to be a better way to gather.

At the same time, I was building my career in media.
As a TV producer and sports reporter, I had a front row seat to the rooms where real decisions were being made. I spent time in boardrooms, locker rooms, and high pressure environments where conversations carried weight and outcomes were shaped.
In many of those rooms, I was the only woman at the table.
That experience stayed with me. It made me deeply aware of the gap in representation, access, and influence. I didn’t just want to be present in those spaces. I wanted to change who had access to them.
Through my work with Fortune 500 brands, executives, and talent across media, I developed a clear understanding of how influence is actually built.
I saw how stories are shaped, how authority is positioned, and how the right platform can completely change the trajectory of a person or a brand.
What became clear is that visibility alone is not power. Strategic positioning is what creates real authority.
And yet, there was still a disconnect.
There was a gap between the corporate world and the entertainment world. A gap in how women were being positioned and supported. And a lack of spaces that were both intentional and capable of creating real opportunity.
So instead of continuing to search for the right room, I decided to build it.

It was never built alone.
From the very beginning, there were women who saw it, believed in it, and helped shape what it has become. They encouraged the vision, supported its growth, and became part of the foundation it stands on today.
Our founding women come from a wide range of industries, including finance, crypto, law, mental health, events, interior design, media, and more.
This diversity is intentional. It reflects the kind of room The Aligned was always meant to be. A space where different perspectives, experiences, and levels of leadership come together in a meaningful way.

Every space is assembled with precision, ensuring the women surrounding you elevate the conversation and your trajectory.
Beyond superficial networking, every interaction is architected to foster genuine alignment and immediate value.
We prioritize sustainable authority over fleeting visibility, creating connections that yield compounding returns.
The women who thrive inside The Aligned recognize the moment when life invites them into a new standard. If this is your moment, we would be honored to meet you.
Limited interview spots are released each month to preserve the intimacy of this space.

For the ones who don’t just want to join… but build, collaborate, and grow with us.
